Meet Amanda Brett Young
With management experience across legal, financial services and insurance, I have gained significant experience in business and financial analysis, process review and redesign, strategy development and management, staff development, project management and change management.
Whilst being results driven, one of my key strengths is balancing the needs of the business while getting the most out of staff, even during times of change.
I hold a Master of Business Administration from La Trobe University and regularly provide mentoring to leaders across multiple industries.
